There is
an online site,
well-known
for its information.

It is
widely
acknowledged
in some circles,
and
widely
discredited
in other circles.

Unbeknownst
to me,
a person
or persons
decided
to create
an entry
for me.

It was only
by accident,
that I
came across
the entry.

For
at the time,
I was using
a well known
search engine,
to see if
another site
had appeared.

Imagine
my surprise,
to see
my name,
associated with,
this well-known
online
information site.

A click
on the link,
quickly
revealed
my three
seconds
of fame.

For
the page
and
entry
had been
deleted.

As
it did not fit
the site’s
eligibility
criteria.

I
had
to
laugh.

I am still
laughing,
many hours
later.

To think,
that someone
thought
my poetry
was
worthy
of
an entry.

To think,
I knew
nothing
about it.

It made me
realise that,
anything
is
possible.

Just
look at
what happened
to me.

Of interest,
I did notice
around
the time
of the deletion,
that someone
was searching,
for
unusual terms,
in relation
to me.

How
did I
know?

Well,
my sites
provide
some
non-identifying
feedback,
on
what people
are
searching
for.

It helps me
to
know,
what to offer
to
you.

So,
as was shown,
the entry
did not
fit
that site’s
eligibility
criteria.

I am now
thinking,
do I
ever want
to meet
their
eligibility
criteria?

My answer
is,
‘probably not!’

For one,
nothing
would
have
changed
from now.

Anyway,
I
have had,
my
three
seconds
of
fame.
