We live
our lives
focussed on
what is
before us.

Our attention
is on
what is
immediately
happening.

Often,
that will
involve
handling
a variety
of situations.

Some
of these situations
will be
challenging.

Some
of these situations
will be
dull.

All of them
will need
our attention.

If not,
an unexpected
result
may occur.


While
focussing
on
what is
going on
in our life.

We may
miss
other events
around us.

One of
the most revealing
aspects
around us,
not always
recognised,
is
life itself.

Life
around us,
can be
very revealing.

A simple
and silly
example
of
grass growing
reveals
so much.

At this time
of the year,
you can
almost hear
the grass grow
where I live.

You mow
one day,
and
two days later,
you could
easily mow again.

Interestingly,
all that
the grass
needs to grow
is
heat,
sunshine,
and
rain.

Such
basic ingredients
are needed
to enable growth.

Could it be
the same
for
other aspects
of life?

Could it be
that
just
a few
basic ingredients
and
anything grows?

I believe
it is
possible.

Of course,
the basic ingredients
needed
will be different
depending on
what aspect
of life
we are
talking about.

So,
what about
humans?

Well,
we know
to survive,
we need
food,
air,
and
water.

What about
growth
as a person?

Now,
here is
where things
get
interesting.

The most important
ingredient
to growth
is
positive feedback.

Positive feedback
in the form
of
encouragement,
recognition,
respect,
and
belief.

Give anyone
those ingredients
in life,
and
watch that person
shine.

Just maybe
what is missing
from life
are
these essential
ingredients.

Just maybe
we can
turnaround
the turmoil
that exists
today,
by
using
these essential
ingredients.

Is
it
possible?

Only
one way
to
find out.

Let us
give it a go,
and
see what happens.
